You can update settings of your affiliate program in Vendor Control Panel > Account Settings > Affiliate Settings.
Since you are responsible for paying your affiliates, you should describe your payment schedule in About Your Affiliate Programs field.
You always can manage the relationships with your affiliates in Vendor Control Panel > Manage Affiliates. You are able to enable or disable a relationship and update commission rate for an individual affiliate.
Your affiliate program link is https://www.swpal.com/affiliates/program_detail.php?vendorID=xxxxx. You need to replace "xxxxx" with your vendor id.
