You can create payments to your affiliates in Vendor Control Panel > Manage Affiliates > Pay Affiliates. When you create a payment, the system calculates commissions for each affiliate since the last time you created a payment. The result calculates refund and chargeback orders during the payment period as well so you do not have to manually deduct them. Then it is saved in a tab delimiter file. You can download the file and upload it to PayPal Massive Payment function and pay your affiliates through PayPal. The file can be opened with spreadsheet software as well.
